After a bad experience with another realtor, I had the extreme fortune of meeting Sherrill. She is just wonderful! Very pleasant and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and thorough. My purchase dragged out a little and I felt very confident Sherrill was in my corner and had my best interests in mind every step of the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough and may have already shared her name with a few friends looking to buy!

Sherrill was endlessly patient and kind and always available to answer questions and access listings when we would inquire. Call text and email was always answered promptly and she always followed up with us through the whole process making sure we received and understood important documents etc. She was well informed, punctual, and well organized. She gave us honest opinions about listings but never tried to suggest we don't/do proceed in any particular direction.
