Jeff was extremely helpful in finding the perfect second home for us. He was very prompt in responding to our texts, calls or emails. Although I know this was not the case, it often seemed like he was our personal agent! Not being very familiar to the area, he provided us contacts and other information that was very useful. Should we need an agent in this area again, we will definitely contact Jeff.

Jeff was with me every step of the way during my purchase. He was able to secure several visits for days that I was planning to be in the area ( I was an out of state buyer), and immediately followed up when I expressed interest in in one of them. When my closing was delayed by the mortgage company, he did his best to assist with the process and to alleviate the delays. I would heartily recommend Jeffrey to any prospective buyer.

Working with Jeffrey Messick to sell my home was a very pleasant experience. He was professional, attentive to details and provided out of the box ideas to get our house sold. At the height of the pandemic, I wanted to take my house off the market due to my uncertainty about the housing market during the pandemic but Jeff suggested we keep the house on the market awhile longer and see how things go. Well, I took his advice and a week later my house sold for full asking price! Jeff knows the business and he is good at his craft. I would highly recommend him.

He was great to work with and really listened to what we were looking for. Also gave us great advice when we bumped into a couple issues with the plumbing and how it affected our home owners coverage. We were able to get the owner to fix the issue and get the best coverage for our home. Couldn't have been more satisfied in working with him.

Anthony is a star! I think our house would still be on the market if it weren’t for him. He took care of all the details, marketed it to just the right people, and kept in touch with us. Other realtors told us to expect to have it on the market a year (a rural farm that they say is hard to sell). Anthony sold it in less than six months. For our asking price, I might add! Anthony is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with.
