Working with Jeffrey Messick to sell my home was a very pleasant experience. He was professional, attentive to details and provided out of the box ideas to get our house sold. At the height of the pandemic, I wanted to take my house off the market due to my uncertainty about the housing market during the pandemic but Jeff suggested we keep the house on the market awhile longer and see how things go. Well, I took his advice and a week later my house sold for full asking price! Jeff knows the business and he is good at his craft. I would highly recommend him.
