Bill was very knowledgeable about condos in the area I was interested in, and very patient with me as I looked. He's also completely experienced in the transactional side of real estate. I highly recommend him.

Not only Bill was exceptionally knowledgeable of the area that I was looking properties for, he was very easy to contact (via call, text and email) and he was always available. He made my first-home-buying experience very pleasant.

Bill was very responsive, always making himself available, sometimes on short notice, when we could travel from out of state to house hunt. He gave us honest advice, saying more than once that we should not buy a house that we were looking at and telling us why. This greatly enhanced his credibility when he was enthusiastic about a house. He was focused on systems such as HVAC, telling us approximately how old they were and what would soon need to be replaced. In houses that were being flipped, he assessed the quality of the recent upgrades for us. Bill went above and beyond even after the closing, when he helped us set up an account with the gas company, which had at first been unresponsive. And his demeanor, when things like that were not going well, was calm and reassuring.

I met Bill through the Redfin app and could not have asked for a better experience as a first time homebuyer! I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a home in the DMV.
