Bill was amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, had endless patience with us, took the time to truly understand what we wanted and made every effort possible to assist us in finding the right home!

I told him that I wanted to buy the house fully furnished and he kept trying to tell me that it wasn’t possible and that people don’t do it. I insisted he asked and followed up several times with no answer. I met the owners and they told their realtor they would’ve rather sold it fully furnished because they were downsizing to an apartment. Bill thought he knew what was best and chose not to follow the through with my request which would’ve made my life and the sellers life so much easier!
