We worked with Billy to both buy and sell a home. He was great all around! I think he did an excellent job on both transactions. He helped us go under contract in a very competitive, multiple-offer scenario when buying and navigated us to a successful close. We love our home so much, we feel so lucky to live here! When it was time to sell our old place, we ended up with 3 offers after only 2 days on the market and he helped us through negotiations to land on the best offer. He was very easy to get a hold of and was always very responsive. I'd recommend him to anyone, whether looking to buy or sell. Billy was great!
