Additionally, he has experience and knowledge of local contractors that can be used for repairs. His recommendations provided us with fantastic contractors whom quickly addressed our needs. Billy helped us throughout the entire process, he is honest, authentic and pleasant to work with. Some realtors are pushy, this is not a characteristic of Billy, we never felt rushed into anything.
