He is extremely professional, he listens to your needs and wants for a home, and then takes his experience to help you find your home. He pays attention to details of the home that you might not always catch or know about and he'll share his experience on costs and opinions of repairs. There aren’t enough superlative words to describe our experience with BJ! He is simply awesome. Due to my husband’s medical issues, we decided to downsize from a two story, five bedroom home to a three bedroom condo. It was a very stressful and emotional time for our family. BJ understood what we were going through, and put his utmost effort into helping us sell our home and find an appropriate condo. He only showed us condos which would meet our needs both physically and emotionally. He went above and beyond expectations in helping us sell our home. And his response time was phenomenal! BJ answered texts and emails within five minutes or less!! He became part of our family, all of us love this very special man!!!
