This was the best selling experience I have had. (5 previous) Bob is very knowledgeable with the local market and did a superb job dealing with whatever situation came his way. Bob's team was very meticulous with the photos, videos and marketing of the house and provided a floor plan without asking (which I find super helpful). The whole experience was seamless. I was drawn to Redfin for their commission and did not know what to expect. Bob was a million times better than higher commission transactions I have had. It was a pleasure to work with Bob. He is truly a seasoned professional that I would definitely hire again to sell or purchase a property.
