Bob is an excellent realtor. What we loved most was Bob response time. He NEVER delayed our call or texts. We set meeting times and he was there. Very dependable. Once we learned there was a slight delay in our closing date just as Bob was going on vacation we were notified immediately. While on vacation ,Bob e-mailed and still kept afloat of the progress of the closing date. Who "works" while on vacation .... Bob does !! Overall, he's a great guy and I'd recommend him 10x times.

I was not able to attend my home inspection Bob met the inspector and made sure I understood what the results were and what my options were in getting some of the items that needed addressed fixed. He closely followed the progress of my loan and made sure when it came time that I knew who to call for my utilities. This was all very important to me for I was moving from another state. Of all the real estate agents I have worked with in the past two years Bob is number one. He saw that I was on the Summerville SC homes for sale and within a very short time sent me an email asking my interest and plans. Within a few days of being here he had homes for us to see and by the second time we viewed homes he knew just what we were looking for and found us our new home. Bob is a great guy to work with. He lives in the area, and his office is right in the centre of gravity of the region he works in. This makes him very knowledgeable about the area. In addition, he does his homework on house values and offers genuine advice and a ton of clearly presented data - not just advice to steer sales into his pocket.
As with any industry, there are other good realtors around, and there are bad realtors around. We have instructed Bob for two purchases and two sales to date in the Charleston area, and would not consider anyone else in this area for the reasons above.
