To say Bobby Toboada is a wonderful person and a superlative real estate agent is just not enough. I’ve bought and sold 10 homes over a period of 16 years. He helped us look through the houses carefully to be aware of potential concerns that may need to be addressed in the future. He checked all the crawl spaces on the houses we went to (that had a crawl space), he was always sure to get dates on heating, AC, water heater units, etc. There is no one else better than Bobby!
