When listing a property for sale, I help the seller identify the best possible list price for the property and any potential problems that may arise, or possibly hinder the sale. I apply my very aggressive and proven marketing system to achieve maximum exposure of the property to potential buyers, locally and abroad. I thoroughly review every offer with you and provide my knowledge and experience negotiating the best price, terms and conditions. You make the decisions, you're the boss! In either case, I'm there for you every step of the way. You want results, I make them happen!
