Bradley is amazing! He went above and beyond helping us with everything, including contacts for everyone we need to get moved in and set-up. In addition he has personally met with multiple businesses we needed to get the house in order (carpet guys, septic, well, inspectors, shower doors, and the list goes on) because we couldn't be there. He is continuing to help us even after the sell of the house. An amazing person.

Brad has had several lots listed for me and has worked really hard to sell them and a couple spec homes. So far he has sold 2 spec homes and 3 buildable lots for me. He’s always available for a conference, calls back promptly and does his best to get any information needed.
