As a first time home buyer I honestly could not imagine a better agent. Brad covers all the bases and goes over potential future issues that you would never think about (specific tree species are invasive and clog plumping, houses without roof venting will need roof replacement sooner, age of appliances a/c, furnace and estimated costs). Additionally, he is not pushy at all and genuinely wants to put you in a well suited house, he always adapts to your preferences. Very thoughtful, patient, responsive, well experienced agent. 11 out of 10. I will only use him for all my future real estate endeavors.

We met Brad via a Redfin tour. If you’re a first time homebuyer or not, look no further. Brad is very professional and eager to help. Without any home buying experience we felt same and convinced that Brad will help us make the right choice. He didn’t push us just to make a sale. Instead, there were homes we liked but Brad showed us issues in those homes that buying those may not have been a good decision for us. We recommend Brad 10/10
