Brad was so incredibly patient through the buying process. We were very picky about the kind of property and home we wanted, so we were pretty limited in inventory options. Brad worked with us for almost a two-year span to find our home - sometimes we would go on search hiatuses for a while, other times we’d be looking at several places in a week. We also went back and forth between whether we were going to just settle for a next-step house or keep hunting for a potential forever-home. Brad never once made us feel like our process was any kind of burden. This was a huge deal to us because our realtor for our first home purchase often did make us feel that way.
