Brandee is the perfect real estate agent for buying a home in Mammoth Lakes. She knows the area, the pros/cons of every neighborhood and complex, and is realistic on what updates would be needed to help with rental values should this be the unit's purpose. She was honest in her thoughts and feedback and guided us to make a wise investment, which we thoroughly appreciated. She was efficient, communicative, and went out of her way to make the process not only smooth but give us support. She was helpful in navigating the fully furnished element and advising us in improvements to make to increase rental value. I highly recommend working with Brandee!
