Brandon is indeed quite friendly, approachable, and agreeable. Unfortunately, this approach of his extended not only to us as buyers but also to the listing agent and loan officer. It seemed he was not entirely focused on advocating for our best interests, because he allowed the seller to bully us into working with the lender and loan officer of their choice. Specifically, the seller's agent refused to cooperate with appraisal by the lender of our choice, five business days before the adjustable contingency deadline - enough time to get approved by-the-book before the deadline if the seller's agent had cooperated. Brandon was not able to convince the seller to cooperate. While he said he tried to speak to the seller, Brandon's lack of strong advocacy for us resulted in us being extorted by the seller's agent and loan officer to get our loan with a ridiculously high rate, trough-the-roof service charges, and an unprofessional loan officer who sent threats via texts. In terms of his role as the buyer's agent, Brandon tended to fulfill the basic requirements and was not particularly proactive following loan approval. For instance, he didn't consistently provide us with essential information about the property, such as access codes, the closing process, or the final walkthrough- unless prompted. Furthermore, a minor point- while Brandon did briefly mention the importance of contacting utilities for electricity connection in passing, he didn't emphasize it strongly enough, especially given that we were first-time homebuyers. This oversight led to a delay in our move-in plans during the weekend we had initially hoped for. In summary, although Brandon is genuinely friendly and well-intentioned, we regretfully cannot offer a recommendation for him as a buyer's agent.

Brandon was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. He was punctual for all meetings and communicated effectively with all the participants to ensure everything stayed on track. I look forward to working with Brandon in the future.

Brandon was the best. He is honest, he is not pushy and he is very helpful. I was buying a house out of state and he made the process less stressful. I definitely would recommend him
