Brandy is aggressive in a bad way. She took it upon herself to issue some of my escrow funds to a buyer in a transaction without my permission just to close the RE transaction knowing that was illegal and unethical. I reported her to her Broker and she was reprimanded and the agency paid me the money owed. Century21 was the agency in Rockford, Illinois. This transaction took place in July, 2019.

She was not only honest and respectful but was never pushy at all and let us take it at our own pace we never fealt pressured and would 100% use her again.

Brandy was absolutely amazing! We had a very limited budget on what we could afford and she showed us lots of houses until we found our perfect home. She was so amazing and made the whole experience and process very easy. I recommend her to everyone. If I ever purchase another home I would never use anyone else!
