Brenda responded immediately to my request to speak about selling the property and promptly set up an appointment to meet and view the property. She was timely in responding to all of my communications and was graciously willing to pursue all of my questions and tackle any obstacles that popped up. I felt she was truly working towards the best outcome for getting the best price for the property and that she was always on my side when navigating the sale process. She provided valuable feedback on the best avenue for selling the property, resulting in a final sale price that was well over the asking price. I couldn't have had a better agent.
