Let’s go over the positives of working with Brendan. Brendan always arrived at a prospective property before we got there and was more than knowledgeable when it came to local comps. As far as speed and communication Brendan was available almost all of the time whether it was via phone, email or text. There were times I would call his cell, probably to ask a silly question, and the call would go to voicemail but regardless of whether I left a voicemail he would call me back and ask "Hey what’s up I saw that I missed your call?"
