Brent assisted us to sell our home last year. He was able to list the house within 3 weeks after our first meeting and we sold the house within three months after signing the contract considering the time it took to fix a couple of things after the inspection was done. Brent is very fair and honest about what to expect with the entire process of selling a home; he went beyond our expectations to assist us get the highest property value in the market and the home sold for the price value he suggested at that particular time of the year. I am very satisfied with the work Brent did for us on selling our property, and this year, I am working with Brent so he can help us find a new home.
