Bret did a great job of explaining his company’s use of a team concept for marketing each house. Perhaps most important he gave us great guidance on HOW to market our house. He knew instinctively what worked and what didn’t. We put ourselves in his hands and it paid off. Bret sells a lot of houses, and true to form, our house sold within days and well within our desired price range. Before our closing, we met Bret only once in person and immediately felt he would represent us very well as out-of-state buyers.
