Cindy Porter is a great agent. She was patient looking at many properties until I found the one that I wanted. The listing agent was very, very difficult to work with. Each time we ask a question about the house like buyers usually do, the listing agent became agitated each time. Cindy dealt with her very patiently until we received an answer. After the contract was signed, Cindy worked diligently with the home inspector. Cindy Porter kept me updated every week, sometimes more than once a week. I met Daria Bria when stopping by an open house. At that time I wasn’t actively looking to buy or sell. I kept Daria’s contact info as I knew if circumstances changed I would want to work with her. Large purchases (house/car) stress me out. Daria wasn’t pushy and came across extremely honest and ethical. She let me know exactly what and when to expect (which was desperately needed as this all took place at the beginning of the COVID pandemic). With that said, within six weeks I purchased my “forever” home, sold my old house and the move happened. I have and will continue to refer to Daria!
