From start to finish, Brian was responsive to all my questions and requests for guidance and help along the way, from first visit through to successful closing and handover two months later. He accomplished very professionally and competently all the multiple transaction steps along the way. Importantly, I knew he was always on my side in the negotiations with the seller's agent, involving confidences about what I was willing to offer, and with all the other parties such as the home ownership association management, the escrow agent, and the city organizations involved in the buying transaction and the handover. There was crucial information about the apartment and building that Brian was able to obtain on my behalf in a very timely manner, that were essential for the purchase going through in the most successful way. He was just an excellent buyer's agent throughout.
