Brian was fantastic to work with! He was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgable. I was a first-time homebuyer and he was an excellent guide in this - at times - overwhelming process. Brian knows the CNY region very well and has a well-established network of folks who are essential to aspects of buying, selling, and owning a home - he's connected me with good contractors, mortgage providers, etc. I would highly recommend working with Brian to anyone.

Brian is probably the hardest working, compassionate man I've ever met. I didn't want to sell my home but due to circumstances in my divorce I had to. Brian made this as psinless as possible

Brian recently helped us with the purchase of our first home. From our first viewing to the final walkthrough before closing, he was there for us every step of the way. We were nervous because of how competitive the market has been lately, but Brian helped us craft a competitive offer below asking price for the very first house we looked at. He also helped negotiate a credit from the seller for some work that needs to be done on the house. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with, and I'd highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for an agent in the Syracuse area!

Brian has been absolutely amazing! I've bought and sold real estate for years and Brian has represented me on both sides. For my next purchase or sale Brian will be my go to realtor. Professional, extremely thorough (would do his homework for every listing I saw), and knows the market very well. Even in a hot market, I ended up making a value driven purchase because of Brian's hard work, preparation and thoroughness.
