As a foreigner with little US traceability it was abnormally difficult for me to get a Mortgage as any US Citizen would. Brian worked hard and went out of his way to seal the deal and guide me through what became a painless process for me. If it were not for Brian I doubt I would be a home owner today, just to difficult on my own.
