I felt like I did not get 100% of her support. Lots of texts back and forth, but not a lot of real support. The lights were left on throughout the house, the thermostat had been left on heat; things that I had to worry about and go daily to check on.

She was absolutely awesome to work with. She was available at the drop of a dime anytime we found a house we liked. As well as consistently found different homes that fit our criteria. She helped us through the process of buying our first home and we couldn’t be happier with how she handled everything. We purchased in 2022 with the market being pretty volatile. Though, she still managed to get the seller down $20,000 for us AND they covered closing costs!!! Also, as a new home owner I have hassled her on several occasions with different questions and she has, to this day, been extremely helpful and resourceful! When I buy another house without a doubt I will be calling Brittany.
