her interaction with us all was inadequate, she did not meet with us . There was no personalization in the support she provided through this process and at times she would said things that seemed rude and as if she was not listening, ultimately she was very hands off except for putting a sign on your yard and making a commission. There was a point that we had to connect her with the TX realtor and also tried to follow up and she had not done so which made no sense in the process and timeline that our family needed that we told her from the beginning. We ended up selling to a cash buyer that we found on our own got the offer on our own and she still wasn’t willing to lower her commission when she did not put in any work. Multiple people saw the home and gave feedback we did ask her to reach back out and tell them we were willing to do the work for the feedback they wanted but she refused to reach out saying they didn’t want to make an offer. Overall this experience with her was very inadequate and she was unwilling to listen to our concerns and timeline. We originally went with Redfin due to the benefit of the lower commission but after this it wasn’t worth it at all and we don’t feel as though she earned her commission when we completed all the leg work for all the offers we received. We even tried to reach out to Redfin and never got any response or answers back we will not recommend Brittney or Redfin to any family or friends

Britteny was amazing from start to finish on the purchase of our home! She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. She is on top of communication and responded quickly when we had questions. She really went above and beyond for us, since we were moving from another state and couldn’t always be present for meetings. We highly recommend Britteny for all your real estate needs!
