Brooke was the best thing I could have asked for in a real estate agent. She was attentive and always available. She listened to what I wanted in a property. She did not try to push properties that I did not like on me. She was able to adjust to just about anything. There was a specific day when we were looking at properties in Sneads Ferry and a property popped up about 40 minutes into our showings in Holly Ridge. She knew I was incredibly interested in the property. She was able to get me access to that property in about 15 minutes and we were able to see it that day. In addition to having a delightful, easy-going personality, she worked hard in finding properties, in getting answers from sellers, and in putting together comps for me to have a better understanding of the various neighborhoods.
