Brooke was a miracle worker. If you get Brooke as your agent, you are getting the best in the business. We had worked with a different agent before and got to see the difference Brooke brings to the table. She is an expert. We were trying to buy a home at the top of our price range with a VA loan. By all rights, it never should have worked out. We have Brooke to thank for helping us secure our dream home. Every day she was calling, texting, coordinating with us and the seller, making sure everyone is up to date, and advising us what would be best for us. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, and we will recommend Brooke to anyone we know that is buying or selling a home.

Brooke was great- she helped us navigate the California market and provided very valuable insights from submitting the offer to the inspection to closing.
