Very knowledgeable about the market, the legal aspect, and contracts. If she did not know the answer she would find out and get back with us. Detailed oriented. Our experience with Redfin has been all positive. Caitlyn communicated with us through the whole buying process and came to the house for the inspection and at closing. At the beginning of the process, Caitlyn was not available, so Kylie Cole was responsible for getting our offer to the seller and she worked quickly, and the offer was accepted. From the beginning when we contacted Redfin to get access to the property, received loan preapproval from Redfin Mortgage till the when seller accepted our offer, 48 hours transpired. Everyone at Redfin did their job and made this happen.

I can not say enough good things about Caitlyn Mulroy. As first time home buyers, she walked me and my husband through the process, and just made it as simple for us as she possibly could. She really listened to what our needs were, and she did everything she could to accommodate us. She made us a priority when we came in from out-of-state to tour homes. She even did a virtual tour for us when we were unable to make it in to tour a home that we were very interested in (we ended up purchasing this home). She was very thorough and even mounted her phone on the dash of her car and drove around so we could see the neighborhood. I had a bad experience with Caitlyn through a Home buying process. Instead of being a "Buyer's" agent, she worked as a "Seller's" agent and created inconvenient path at the end. Just because I backed out of the contract due to unavoidable reasons, she threaten me like anything. Anyone who selects her as their agent will surely regret. Just be cautious.!!
