For this transaction in particular, in addition to her typical great service, we had some curveballs that she expertly navigated, such as a hostile agent for a potential buyer who we didn't end up going with, and an agent and a buyer that were rather unsophisticated and, as a result, challenging to work with. But despite those challenges, because of her recommendations and stewardship, we were able to get a cash offer with a very quick close for our asking price within a week of listing. This was particularly impressive because the community that the house was in had multiple other similar properties that had been sitting and not selling for a long time. In addition to Cara being awesome, everybody on her team was very helpful and responsive and really made the whole process as easy and painless as possible. We truly can't recommend Cara enough.
