OMG Carisa was absolutely fabulous!!! We had already fired 2 agents while trying to buy a new home prior to being paired with her. I was ready to strictly go to selling agents only but hubs wanted to give Redfin a try. We were paired up with Carisa and from the very beginning we knew she was a good fit and kept proving it again and again all the way through. I could not have asked for a better or more thorough realtor. We look forward to dealing with her again when we are ready to put our previous home on the market!!! It was only after we closed and moved into our home that we found out that what was advertised as a fully finished basement was not a fully finished basement. The house was sold with a non useable bathroom in the basement. The inspector hired - Jim Maddox - a friend of Carisa's, gave the basement an OK which clearly indicated he did not check the basement properly nor did he check the sinks/tubs/toilets as those were clogged also. Most of the windows in the home do not open and that was given an ok as well. I'd like to note that Carisa sat in on the inspection in our absence. Once moved in, i mentioned some of the issues to Carisa. She gave me the number of a handy man / company. They came out once and then never came back nor returned any of my calls.
