My husband and I began this house-buying journey in January, and we intended to "just look" and see what the process entailed. When I clicked on schedule a tour, we were matched with Carl. Neither of us knew what to expect or how any of the processes worked. Once we met up with Carl, he immediately won us over with his honesty. His insight regarding the home buying process was extremely helpful, plus his ability to guide us on what to look for in a home, and his compassion for helping us find the right home were all a perfect blend for us. Carl is an excellent agent and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends or family in the area. He made a very cumbersome, and sometimes stressful, life decision very enjoyable!
