Carla’s excellent!
Carla has been super great with the home buying and selling process happening concurrently. She's easy to open up to and receptive to conventional and more off-the-shelf plays and strategies. Her only weakness is the people working under her, because when there's a conflict in her schedule or she can't make it there's just no comparison. They can't hold a candle to her. First time in the real estate world that my wife and I both feel like she's a friend.
Carla was excellent! She is the only reason we were able to finally buy a condo that met our requirements. She followed through on everything and was assertive with our offer to secure the purchase. She was pleasant and friendly to work with. We would use her services again.
