In 2 weeks, Carmen did what 2 other realtors couldn’t do in 2months! During this past nightmare of a market, where people were buying sight unseen and offering 10’s of thousands above asking—my previous realtors were lazy and unmotivated wasted my time for 2 months going to open houses with 30-40 buyers and no chances of competing. I am so thankful that I met Carmen… Within the first week she showed me at least four properties all private viewing by the second week I had a property I was interested in bidding on.
