This was my 1st time working with an agent. I have to say that Carmen had exceeded my expectation. Carmen was extremely helpful to me with the entire process. Every time I wanted to give up she encourage me to hang in there and explain to me what was going on in detail with the buying process on both seller and buyer side. She was also helpful with the mortgage process. The process of buying aa home was very stressful with but Carmen made it easy for me by taking a lot of stress off me.
