Caroline did not have my best interest during the sale of the house. I was not informed that a contingency could be placed on sale of house that I needed time to allow me to find another house. I did not like being pushed out and not having a house to move into. The house was listed "as is" and the price I sold the house for was due to me sticking to the final price. Caroline stated that I have a binding contract and that I have to let the Buyer niggle over items and that we legally had to counteroffer. I stuck to my final offer on the selling price. That was the only positive out the sale. No happy at all.
