Our experience working with Arron was great. We started off my search with another agent. We put in 11 offers and none of them were accepted, which is expected in this market. But one day my agent and his showing agent canceled on us the day of showings so we decided to go in a different direction. I was introduced to Arron through a coworker, and Arron was thorough, explained his plan to find us a home and get our offer accepted. Arron made sure we were able to see every property we were interested in, most of time the same day. But definitely within 24 hours unless it didn't fit our schedule. After a few weeks of looking we were able to find a house we liked enough to put and offer in a offer on. Arron was able to write up a great offer that was accepted below listing price and get 7k from the sellers towards our closing cost. We had an inspection and weren't comfortable with a couple things on the first property and the sellers weren't willing to make any changes so we backed out of our first offer and put in a offer on a second property and that offer was accepted as well. We went 2 for 2 on offers with Arron which is unheard of in this market. Arron is great with his communication, and care for what his clients are looking for. He's willing to give his opinion and knowledge but won't push you in a direction you don't want to go. I will definitely work with Arron again and would recommend anyone looking for an agent to reach out to Arron if you're looking to buy or sell a property. He definitely knows how to get your offer accepted, and was great to be around throughout our process.
