Carson is professional, personable and we are grateful to have worked with him to sell our home. We were selling our father’s home on his behalf due to illness and it wanted to work with someone who respected how personal our situation was but also would be objective in their recommendations. He helped us list at the right price based on comps in the area, made recommendations for updates and helped coordinate vendors to service the home from landscaping to HVAC. Carson is an excellent realtor! He understands the customer requests well, acts on the tasks at hand, ensures that the different nuances of the home buying process get taken care of promptly. He also has a calm and stable temperament and finds solutions to every challenge that comes along the way. He is also very good at keeping all parties in the communication loop quite well, from the Sales side, Mortgage side, pre-closing Inspection side as well as for any related guidance, especially for the tons of questions that a first time homebuyer like me had. He didn’t make me feel if I was asking basic questions and even though I had work travel internationally during the buying process, he kept me in the loop while still making progress towards the home closing. Carson is awesome!! He’s warm and very friendly while maintaining professionalism at all times. He was very patient showing me homes and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. When it came time for paperwork, he was extremely thorough. He really knows his stuff and combed thru all the documents sent back and forth and made sure everything was right. Even since my home purchase, he has checked in with me, answered questions I’ve had, and even reminded me to file my homestead exemption, and then provided help finding info I needed. From start to post-purchase, Carson has made the process as smooth and as easy as possible. He goes the extra mile and is exactly who you want in your corner when purchasing a home.
