Carson is awesome!! He’s warm and very friendly while maintaining professionalism at all times. He was very patient showing me homes and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase. When it came time for paperwork, he was extremely thorough. He really knows his stuff and combed thru all the documents sent back and forth and made sure everything was right. Even since my home purchase, he has checked in with me, answered questions I’ve had, and even reminded me to file my homestead exemption, and then provided help finding info I needed. From start to post-purchase, Carson has made the process as smooth and as easy as possible. He goes the extra mile and is exactly who you want in your corner when purchasing a home.
