When the closing process turned to linking up with lenders, appraisals, etc., I got a better mortgage rate compared with the bank I started with because of a better lender Cassie linked me to. When an unavoidable hurdle with some associated land caused a delay, Cassie negotiated a solution that was creative and satisfied everyone involved and got everyone moved and where they needed to be. I'd totally work with her again, and on top of all that she's just a pleasure to have on your side for all the ups and downs and winding roads of buying your home sweet home.
