Catharine really gets to know her clients. We’ve been shopping with Cathrine for 3 years and previously use Catharine for prior home search and purchase. She’s extremely available for questions, very aggressive and capable negotiator, and had a keen eye for things that may be deal breakers for either buyer or seller. We relied on her to represent us for purchase of our new hone and sale of prior home. We’ll definitely call on Catharine in the future.
