Our family can strongly recommend Cathleen Jernigan as a realtor in the Tucson area. Our military family was extremely blessed to have Cathleen to guide us as we house hunted overseas, never in-person. Cathleen more than rose to the challenge and was our eyes on the ground. She was excellent with timely and accessible communication, despite our huge time difference. She was very skilled in finding the balance between listening to and remembering our specific house wishes, yet also guiding us with realistic priorities based on her deep insight and experience with the Tucson market. We greatly appreciated her positivity and patience and perseverance in this wild sellers market. To top it off, after we smoothly and successfully closed on our home, she volunteered to visit our home daily to feed the tortoise which came with the house, as we had not arrived yet. Cathleen was a true life saver! I was on a 40 day time crunch to find a house and move in. She quickly found many houses for me to look at at and within 5 days, I found a home I loved. She was very professional, responsive to messages, walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Cathleen :-)

From the minute we met with Cathleen she was willing to help in all aspects of buying a home. She connected us to the right people to get us approved. It took about 6 months before we were able to qualify but she patiently waited for us and when we were approved to move forward she was right there ready for the crazy ride of buying a home. She made sure we understood the process every step of the way. We literally just had to show up. She did all the foot work. The process went so smoothly, from putting in our offer to signing at closing, we kept wondering when the bumps would come. But they didn't because Cathleen knows her work! Without hesitation, I have and will always recommend her to future home buyers.

We were introduced informally to Cathleen through a mortgage lender as part of a Zillow search. Cathleen was very attentive to our needs and very easy to work with. During a short visit to the area she made time to prepare for a full day of visits and show us a wide variety of properties that met our criteria.
