From the minute we met with Cathleen she was willing to help in all aspects of buying a home. She connected us to the right people to get us approved. It took about 6 months before we were able to qualify but she patiently waited for us and when we were approved to move forward she was right there ready for the crazy ride of buying a home. She made sure we understood the process every step of the way. We literally just had to show up. She did all the foot work. The process went so smoothly, from putting in our offer to signing at closing, we kept wondering when the bumps would come. But they didn't because Cathleen knows her work! Without hesitation, I have and will always recommend her to future home buyers.

I had a different Realator. I could not count on my previous realtor to get me the house I wanted. Therefore I called Cathleen. Cathleen got me the house I wanted when my previous realtor told me it wasn't possible. She was also able to get the house for me when offers were about to close in 6 hours!
