He was not a very effective agent for our out of state sale of this property. Perhaps he is more effective for a local realtor, but he unfortunately did not suit our needs. He was late getting back to us, late sending paperwork. He expected us to jump through hoops on our end to meet deadlines, when we told him numerous times to send paperwork early so we could accomplish it and get it back to him. When it came time to dealing with contractors, he repeatedly failed to be on time to meet the contractor at the house, causing addt'l charges from them due to his tardiness or failure to show. He also added extra unneeded items to the house after we already had our inspections done, incurring additional costs to us.

Joe was fantastic. Went out of his way to accommodate us with our issues. He was understanding and helpful. He came to us when we couldn't come to him.

Joe Carrol is awesome! He really listened to what we needed and what was important to us and helped us find the perfect home for our family. I have and will continue to recommend him.

Overall the experience was good. We had a period of time after our offer was accepted where we had issues getting our questions answered. This could have been do to being so close to the holidays, but did cause a little frustration. But he was very helpful at closing, and always very friendly and professional.

Joe worked with us from out of state. I know he is a very busy agent, but I never felt like he was too busy to give us his time and attention. He was very good at facilitating the process and in helping us find the house that was right for us.
