I want to commend the diligent work that Tiffany has done on my behalf since early March. She met with my daughter and son-in-law and graciously showed them the property when I was still in California. Even when I decided to wait until I purchased, she was supportive in our efforts to find a home I enjoyed. No question was ever too small to answer and when she needed to do research on the HOA information for us, she rapidly did so. I know Tiffany was there cheering me every step of the way. If you are looking for your forever home you need to have Tiffany on your side! First time home buyers here and she literally held our hand the whole way. My husband works a weird schedule and when we wanted to look at homes she made it possible, one day we saw 7 homes back to back!! From home searching to answering questions, she was always on top of it! When I was anxious and sent her a text she would reply in less than 5 minutes. She communicated so well and efficiently with the lending side, sellers, and made sure we had all of our checks in order before we could even think about it! We have worked with a couple real estate agents in the past, Francesca was better than them all. She made us feel like she wanted to sell us a home, not just a house. She really listened to us. She gave us good solid advice and is very knowledgeable. We have a VA home loan, and it is not easy to find someone that actually knows the weird VA rules. She was amazing in our home buy.
