If the buyer's attorney can't see the truth, the closing is off (or Caldwell and Catherine should provide the compensation the buyers are looking for now). Catherine refused to take the washer and dryer off the list when I told her they were already broken. She just simply said we could check the box that said "we did not know the condition of the items listed". It was wrong then, and it's wrong now. I left Michael on the distribution on purpose. I took Catherine off the distribution on purpose. Catherine has no moral or ethical compass. I mistook intensity for effectiveness.

James made me feel secure about who I was working with. He worked with me after having troubles getting an offer accepted and was able to refer me to a better loan provider. There was not a moment where I felt James was guessing as to what to do. He knew what it took to push things forward and had all the extra services needed fully ready to go. Michaela sold my home about a month ago. It was sold in four days. I let Michaela know what I was looking to buy, and that was exactly what she found for me. She was on top of everything. Michaela answered my texts and phone calls immediately. Weekends and nights. She took the time to explain everything to me. It made the selling and buying less stressful. I have referred Michaela to several friends. They are also very happy with her.

I could go on for a long time about how Michaela is the best realtor but this is going to limit me I am sure... so what I will say is that Michaela is fantastic. I was not an easy customer, and I know that. I was very particular and specific and Michaela was very patient and understanding with me. She knows the real estate in NH and MA, is able to recommend areas, and can suggest other places you maybe didn't know based off your likes/wants. She is very pleasant to work with and helped me with all the steps and made it very easy for me to understand the process. I didn't have to do a thing but just sign where she told me to! Michaela was so easy to work with! I messaged her early in the morning about a house that was listed at midnight and she got us a viewing in just a few hours. Before noon we had an offer in and with her advice we were accepted over the other offers that were also on that house same day. Today's market is crazy and she knows a good property when she sees one. If she didn't push me to go see our house that same day we wouldn't have our first home now.
She is so sweet and a pleasure to be around. So thankful we found her!
