Amy was great. We had a very specific type of property that we were interested in, which didn't come onto the market often. She was patient and helped us keep an eye on the listings for things that came up. We made a few offers that didn't work out, but she followed up on one and we were eventually able to close, at a number that we were happy with, despite a stubborn seller.

I was advised to waive inspection contingencies so that I could beat out the competition on my bid for a house. Hindsight is 20/20, and unfortunately I ended up with a lemon of a house and not having inspections done makes me liable rather than the seller.

David was a good partner to have in buying our first home. We were new to California and always got good advice from David. He makes himself available at really any hour of the day 7 days a week. He is quite experienced and has a good reputation in the area, which can be beneficial if you are like us and don’t know the area too well. He was patient in explaining a lot of nitty gritties since we do ask a lot of questions. He is trustworthy and a hard worker who always looks out for his client. We would be remiss if we don’t mention his hard negotiation skills, which we appreciated a lot to have on our side. He has a good team of people ranging from lenders to title company so we felt we were always taken care of by David throughout the process.

Nima is AWESOME! We worked with him representing us as buyers in Jan 2020. We had a 30 day escrow and closed at 25 days. He is just amazing, he walked us through the process, he worked seamlessly with our loan officer, he answered every question we had regarding the house, etc. If we hadnt had Nima's help we would have never closed in the time necessary and probably would have still been looking for houses due to the pandemic. He is extremely professional, prompt and a hard worker. He will get the job done for you.
