Although it was a short experience, Cecilia was very professional and kind.

I had the worst experience with this realtor. She is rude and a bully and has no social skills. She kept lowering the price of my house and kept putting my house down. She asked me to spend money bringing experts (such as termite and plumber) to assess issues that she made up and even the inspector completely disagreed with her. She tricked me into lowering the price of my house and I ended up selling the house loosing over $30,000 of what I could have sold my house. I tremendously regret having selected this person as my realtor. I want to advise everyone not to use this realtor who is selfish and devious. I hope no one has to suffer the terrible experience that I went through.

Cecilia was excellent to work with and she's got a great team as well that help make the entire process so easy. We listed the house and that same weekend we had an open house. We received multiple offers that weekend and accepted a full price offer.

My overall experience was not as good as I would have preferred. Cecilia seemed knowledgeable and she had good pointers about preparing the house for sale but was lacking on customer service. She depended on her team a lot, which might be your business model, I don't know. The result was that I only saw her one time in the beginning when she wanted me to sign the contract. Then I never saw her again. During the offer process she always seemed overly pessimistic and seemed more interested to push a quick sale than wait for the right offer. I rejected a low ball offer against Cecilia recommendation and waited and received a good offer the following day. My feedback to her would be to listen to your client more and try to align with the client needs.
