If there was a number beyond 10 we would choose that as Cedric and his team consistently go above and beyond with meeting all of our real estate needs. Cedric is knowledgeable, resourceful and personable to where as customers, we feel our needs and questions are always expertly handled and answered. He leads/expects his team to uphold the same quality standards and they do. He was there for us no matter which day or time of day we had a questions or concerns. When we are ready to purchase again, Cedric will be our go to Realtor, hands down, for certain.

Cedric was knowledgeable (or knew where to find the answers), personable, honest, and professional. Our only small quibble is that as one of the only Redfin agents in the area, he seemed stretched too thin and wasn’t as available as we’d expected. It sometimes took a while for him to respond to texts or emails. That said, it all worked out fine in the end and we’re happy with our new home and Cedric’s efforts on our behalf.
