He is not thorough, and only interested when he thinks he's going to lose a purchase. His team is less than desirable to work with. I had nothing but headaches in working with this team. And they failed to give me my gate key to my new home, which is important by the way. And I found this home on my own.

The current market is complex which makes it even more important to be effective during negotiations to obtain "First right of refusal." With multiple offer scenarios becoming common place a thorough process is paramount. Additionally, a true desire to identify our client’s interest/motivations is essential too, this way we can provide our client with all the information so they can make the best decision. In a typical purchase, there are a few opportunities within the contract to negotiate and maintain a "Binding contract", by staying within the boundaries of the contract we help to keep our clients protected. In this situation, there were additional items that were requested that put us outside of a "Binding contract." These scenarios are rare and unadvised because they are risky, however, I am happy to report that we successfully navigated the situation and both parties closed. I appreciate the opportunity to work with my client as we take all feedback seriously and to heart. I am very sorry that we did not meet the customer’s needs, we will use this feedback to help us grow.Quick and efficient. Very helpful and knowledgable about all our house selling needs.

I made the mistake of going with a realtor that someone recommend me first and after the realtor totally disappointed me, I contacted him because he texted me several times (and not in annoying way) to talk about what I was looking for . I have used many realtors before in different states so I know that some realtors do not care. For that reason, I am very picky choosing realtors. Was hard at times to get ahold of. He was a great guy and easy to get along with. I found all the houses I wanted to see, he didn't bring any to the table. After we closed I needed to get a hold of him to ask some questions and I never heard back. But he was very fast with getting papers to sign though.
Chad was very helpful and very flexible. We wanted to know how much our house should sell for "as is" and how much it should sell for if we made some changes. With Chad's help we developed a plan to market the house as is for a short period time and if it didn't sell, we would do the improvements and increase the price accordingly. The house sold "as is" in just a few days. Chad kept us informed through the process.
I love CHAD!!! I have had other agents in the past and was never happy with them.. he has been the first agent that really listened and really was a great help in the buying process. He is now my go to agent for me and anyone I know that needs a great advocate in the selling and buying process!
